Made of 440C Stainless, which holds edge very well. Anatomical thumb with fixed finger rest, that helps minimize hand stress. These are convex, and cut as well as large chunkers. A fantastic shear for your collection.
The salon chunker does not have a sharpened tooth blade, it is corrugated to perform like a blender. It is not a true chunker.
