Return Policy: 5 Days after delivery, if you are not satisfied, you own them after that no excuses. Clipper must be undamaged and packed in the original box with the Bucchelli blade and all the accessories. After the return, we will inventory the box before refunding the clipper price, minus 10% for a restocking fee, you pay the return shipping. WARRANTY The factory warranty covers the motor and switch only for one year from date of purchase if not abused by the user. This motor is sensitive and cannot do the job your A series clipper will do, its designed for small to medium dogs only. So a defect in the motor from the factory is covered, and not from the user burning it up doing the wrong breeds and misuse. After one year the motor and switch will be expensed by the buyer. If the battery doesn't charge or hold a charge, or the charging system does not charge, it will be covered for 30 days from the purchase date only. The warranty card must be filled out and mailed because it enables the service center to be reimbursed for parts used in the warranty replacement. Wothout the warranty card on file, the service center may not get the parts necessary to fix your clipper, and may not do the work unless the warranty card is on file. Please fill out the warranty card and mail it within 10 days of purchase. Your dated invoice is not sufficient for warranty work.
THIS IS A LIGHT DUTY CLIPPER, SMALL TO MEDIUM CLEAN COMBED OUT DOGS ONLY. No doodles or big hairy dogs, use your A Series clipper on those. Don't push these clippers through coat, loet the blade cut at its own speed, the torque is low on this motor and it will slow down if you do.
