We have taken the time to go over these shears to make sure they are problem free and cut beautifully.
There can be a refund if you just don't like them, only with a restock fee if the shear is not damaged in any way withing 30 days from delivery, after 30 days you own them. If the shears are damaged, that falls under a different situation. The restock fee includes fees for charging/invoicing your money, reimbursing your money, the shipping charge, and fixing the shears if you damaged them. We'll add it up, and we dont absorb these charges on a refund. You also pay the return shipping if you just dont like the shears. This is the same policy that major shear manufacturers use.

We warrant this shear(s) to free from defects in materials and workmanship for ONE year excluding damage and normal wear. Replacements or refunds are given only if we stock and sell the same specific model without compensation.

Abuse or accident is not covered by the warranty. Most accidental damage can be repaired by our service department only. Other service centers void this warranty.

Every shear we ship has been gone over and tested for sharpness and damage. We won't ship a shear that is damaged or hasn't been tested. Every shear that leaves us is in perfect condition and set up to cut. Instructions are also sent along for the care of that shear. We also apply insurance on shears we ship in case it is damaged upon arrival. Since we don't replace or refund any shears damaged in shipment, because it was the fault of the shipping company, the customer can make the claim to the shipping company for reimbursement of the full amount of the shear(s), and keep the damaged shear(s) as well.
